(KMOV) A 17-year-old male is dead after drowning in Lake St. Louis. The victim was identified as Cole Schlogl, from Florissant, Missouri. Authorities said seven friends went out on a boat at Woodlands Marina around 10:30 p.m. Sunday and consumed alcohol on the boat.
