So Im a 23 year old Air Force veteran and i was an F-15 crewchief (jet mechanic) for the duration of my enlistment and received and honorable discharge. I got out of the service a little more than a year ago and had to take a job making $10 an hour doing shitty work as a contractor. I soon after took a job in a hospital doing entry level work in radiology that required no experience and it didnt pay any better however it did have medical benefits. I worked there a year making ends meet and now im a shift manager for a retail company here in missouri. Ive looked online posted resumes everywhere and followed up with them all and continue to do so but for the life of me can t find anything coming close to what i was making in the service its a shame. Anybody have any suggestions or advice to help me out? I live in the saint louis area until then ill keep praying and keep up my hopes and efforts.
